This is a real and royal story. Christmas is about the coming of the Christ. Satan has worked to bury the truth about Christ and his coming.
Even to this day, he has tried to smother the Infant Jesus in mistletoe, eggnog, and merchandise. He has filled our heads with fairy tales, Scrooge, Santa, Elf, and the Grinch.
But with all the Enemy has done to destroy the wonder of the Christ Child’s birth, the fact of His coming and His triumph over death and the grave remains to give us hope, peace, and joy. Thank you Jesus!

When will all this suffering end? The longing for things to change, the sorrow and loss of loved ones and the blatant injustice?
In the fullness of time God sent His Son Jesus as the Ransom Redeemer to set us free from the tyranny of Satan. We are told to “count it all joy” when we fall into various trials.
As we choose to let God heal and deliver us from the separation of sin that afflicts us, the joy of the Lord will return to bring us hope and comfort. 
We are more than conquerors as we lay down our lives for Jesus Who is the way back home, the truth unchanging, and the Life eternal.

Not easy to do unless you know that the grace and goodness of God are going to make it right and repay those who trouble you. But wait, there is more. We get to live in and by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ to glorify Him in and through those tribulations. Nothing is wasted. Everything we are going through will be redeemed to bring glory to God and blessing to us. Be patient and be strong to wait for the Lord to make the wrong things right in your life.

We are here in a dark place and commanded to be anxious for nothing and in everything to give thanks. The only way any of that can be done is through the power of the Holy Spirit and faith in the words of Jesus.
Jesus said “be of good cheer” for I have overcome this world. “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions, …I go and prepare a place for you.” (Jn. 14:1-2) “I will also send the Helper, the Holy Spirit Who will lead you into all truth and keep you. When the jailer was awakened by the earth quake in the middle of the night he thought his two notorious prisoners, Paul and Silas had escaped. Seeing his only option was to kill himself the jailer drew his sword. Then he heard "we are all still here under your charge".
At that shocking turn of events the jailer realized he was the one who was imprisoned. "What must I do to be saved, he asked?"
The marvelous benefits of truly being saved and knowing you are being watched over and cared for by God, and having the courage to act that faith out under miserable and impossible situations provoked this unbeliever to surrender his fear to follow Jesus.
What will it take to get you call out to the Lord Jesus Christ for your salvation? What will it take to carry you past the brink of death where you are tempted to take your own life to bring you accept God’s gift of salvation and eternal life?

No that is not a typo, it is the real source behind the sugary coated fear tactics of bullying and bribery that expose the roots of the devil’s dark holiday, Halloween. When we participate in the festivities of this “fun” night we are making an agreement with everything hidden and done in preparation for this day. We are celebrating death and the devil’s plan to destroy us.
Halloween is rooted in paganism. Paganism is based in fear. It is the expression of a relationship with the devil and the false gods that promotes intimidation and the need to secure their favor to ensure our safety. Paganism and fear remove the love of God and pushes us into a place of being bullied into making deals with the devil lest he put a curse on us. That brings us to the explanation of the origins of the practice of “Trick or Treat.”

How would our lives be different if we really knew we were loved by God? Not for what we do but for who we are. We would be less anxious and more confident in receiving answers to our prayers. We would be less prone to falling prey to self-condemnation.
But knowing this kind of love does not come with head knowledge or dutiful compliance to anything done out of fear.  It comes through the revelation of God’s Spirit to our spirit.
That love will be manifested in our treatment of others and in the love we have for God Himself. God’s will is that “we be rooted and grounded in His love, and know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.”
Knowing the love of God changes everything and perfect love casts out fear.

We have been raised to think love is based on performance and dependent upon our behavior. We are caught up on the torture racks of conditional love and project those concepts onto God our Father. 
We have a hard time working through the negative experiences while wading through the disappointment of unanswered prayer to search for ways to experience the love of God. 
If we really knew the love God has for us we would be more confident in believing Him for miracles and healing. We would be able to make sense out of our afflictions and safety would replace fear. 
Love comes from abiding in Him. Perfect love casts out fear and torment. To know the love God has for us personally is the greatest revelation we can have and the most powerful remedy to sickness and death.

There more than six wars described in the Bible that will occur in the "latter days." To many these would appear to be those days. The major concern would be how far will this war in Israel spread and how long will it last? Is this World War III?
For sure we know, this is not a war we can ignore. This war is our business and may involve us more personally than the many foreign wars we have watched from the safety of our living rooms in the past.
Is this the war described in Ezekiel 38-39, which may be the same wars described in Psalm 83 and Psalm 110? Is it the the Battle of Armageddon described in Revelation 16 and 19?
Israel is a central player in God's agenda for the closing events in this age. God clearly tells us that in the Ezekiel war, God will put a hook in the jaw of Israel's enemies.  He is about to draw them down into the conflict to cause the world to know that He is God.
