Deception is one of the Enemy's greatest assets in the war against Truth. He dresses up the lie to look like the truth and the truth to look like the lie. He baits the hook with what we are hungry for.
The Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness rather than the Light because their deeds were evil. The Light exposes the hidden works of darkness and the evil deeds of those deceived by the Evil One. 
So, how do we know if we are being deceived by a false light? Jesus tells us that "by their fruits you will know them." So, what is coming out of our mouth? What do we see going on in our behavior?
 
The light exposes what is going on in our hearts. Is the Light you are following bringing forth the fruits of righteousness, peace and joy or fear, rebellion, hardness of heart and unbelief?

Jesus told us He is coming as the Son of Man, to gather us up unto Himself. He tells us about the "catching away"  we call the Rapture. He tells us that the day of His return will come as a thief in the night. He tells us about the Great Tribulation and that Babylon would fall. He tells us about the judgment of the world system that corrupted the whole earth and the avenging of the blood of the martyrs. 
 
Jude connects with the book of Enoch by telling us, "Behold, the Lord comes with 10,000 of His saints to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds." He said we would come back riding white horses. He tells us about the great falling away and the rise of the anti-Christ , who will deceive many, and if possible, even the "very elect."
 
He tells of the wiping away of all tears and the removal of all pain. These things are true and are about to become part of our experience. Do not wait to find yourself, when it is too late, on the wrong side of that reality and miss heaven, the place where Jesus has gone to prepare a place for you.

"Hope When the World Falls Apart" RESCUE RADIO with Marjorie Cole

There are many biblical events set in stone for the days ahead. Jesus told us ahead of time what would happen. He said He was leaving to go and prepare a place for us. He explains to us that there are many mansions in His Father's House.
 
This is a real promise and will happen, but before the mansions get assigned, things will get turbulent, even to the boiling point of melting the elements with fervent heat, and the stars falling out of the sky.
 
Jesus tells us about His Wedding, the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. He warns us there will be a time of waiting when we must be watching for the return of the bridegroom, who is coming for His Bride.
 
He warns about those who are not adequately prepared for the delay, and half of them would run out of oil for their lamps before He gets there, and will be shut out of the wedding feast.

Our life becomes a heavy burden we end up carrying ourselves. Hopelessness, despair, and unbelief are lifted off of us when we surrender to the will of God. We choose to trust in His goodness and finished work to complete the work He has begun in us.

Those attacks can come from anywhere, from physical illness, emotional exhaustion, religious fatigue from trying to be good, feeling to blame for something we think we did wrong, or condemned by internal thoughts we do not realize are not our own. 
 
This is a strategy of the Evil One to test our faith, our reliance upon the love of God to care for and be with us. We are not in this alone.
